About Us

Nev Winkworth - Founder
Nev is a phenomenal and gifted mindfulness and meditation teacher with a talent for rapid personal transformation. He works with professionals and entrepreneurs at all levels of organisations who are on the brink of burnout to transform their wellbeing, mindset and emotions for optimal performance, health and personal leadership. He is a father of two, speaker and teacher of Rapid Mindfulness techniques, a collection of powerful and transformative practices cultivated through his 30+ years of deep exploration of worldwide mindfulness, meditation, breathwork and healing practices.​​
Nev’s journey has been one of deep personal exploration. He left his 9 to 5 management job after experiencing chronic stress that led to burnout, anxiety and depression, and set out to discover sustainable practices to improve his mental, emotional and physical wellbeing. Through his immersive meditation and breathwork studies, Nev began to question why such practices often took hours, days and sometimes years of dedication for real transformation to occur. Nev set out on a personal quest to simplify and create accessible practices to enhance wellbeing, from a place of stillness and clarity in just 5 minutes of practice per day.
His mission is to distil his learnings into simple, effective, and rapid mindfulness techniques that anyone can apply to work and life so they can free themselves from their personal struggles and experience the true power of their potential and full benefits of wellbeing.​
With over 20 years experience as an organisational development specialist and social worker, Christina brings a unique skills set with her expertise in leadership and team development along with her advanced skills in mindfulness, EFT tapping, and contemporary resilience practices. Her mission is to help high-performing professionals from executives to frontline staff prevent burnout, to optimize their well-being, and sustain peak performance, all without sacrificing their health or personal life.

Having worked extensively in both corporate and healthcare environments, Christina understands the immense pressures leaders and frontline workers face. The constant demand for innovation, decision-making, and adaptation to change can take a personal toll - leading to stress, emotional exhaustion, vicarious trauma and burnout. Her approach is rooted in neuroscience-backed stress reduction techniques, leadership psychology, and practical evidence based strategies tailored to busy professionals who need more than just generic wellness advice.
