As the founder of Rapid Mindfulness, Nev is a phenomenal and gifted mindfulness and meditation teacher with a talent for rapid personal transformation. He works with professionals and entrepreneurs at all levels of organisations who are on the brink of burnout to transform their wellbeing, mindset and emotions for optimal performance, health and personal leadership. He is a father of two, speaker and teacher of Rapid Mindfulness, a collection of powerful and transformative practices cultivated through his 30+ years of deep exploration of worldwide mindfulness, meditation, breathwork and healing practices.​​
